Hi I don't know if this sentence is correct.

"Can China's and India's growth change something?" growth is related to the GDP growth.

When we use two nouns in the possessive, we only use the "'s" (apostrophe + s) with the second.

Can China and India's growth change anything?
Are you coming to John and Sarah's house?
That's Dave and Jeff's car.
 
I would use "China's and India's" in that sentence since we are talking about the growth of two distinct economies.
 
That's a good point. I'd accept either on that basis. Having said that, I might change the order of the sentence to "Can [the] economic growth in/of India and China change anything?"
