Hi, I wonder if all the following 3 sentences are correct? , and if yes, what is the difference between them?

1. Lemon is good for colds.
2. Lemon is good for a cold.
3. Lemon is good for cold.

thank you

1 and 2 are correct. 3 is not. The two have the same meaning.

I agree with Mike, but for the sentences to have any meaning, you need to say what you have to do with the lemons.

I wonder if this forum is active?

I appreciate the promotion to Greek deity, but I'll stick with Mike for the time being. :-D

I wonder if this forum is active?

1. That's not really a question.
2. Questions rarely stay unanswered for very long. So, yes. It's quite active.

hello, I wonder if my question will be replied by anybody here?!!

Venus, what is the matter with you? If your question has not been answered, tell us what you require. It doesn't help to repeat the same question over and over.

Is "Lemon is good for a cold" incorrect because 'cold' here is an adjective?

The OP has been told that "Lemon is good for a cold" is correct.

"Cold" is a noun there. The article before it is a clue.

I suspect the OP's browser cannot display the respondents' posts.

I can think of other words besides surreal.

Excuse me, but, I've not recieved any answer to my post.😐😐😔😔 I'd be thankful if you let me know if this forum is active or not.
thanks

This forum is definitely active.
Is what I suspected in post#15 true?

Venus.jam, your question was answered on the very same day you posted it. It might be a technical problem of some kind.
