come for or go for a swim

What do we say "You're sure you don't want to come for a swim or go for a swim?"?
 
I think you can figure this one out yourself, ostap. What is the difference between "come" and "go"?

Suppose they are standing on a pier? It's not that somebody is alraedy in the water.
