I always forget which conditional is which. Let us forget terminology. :up:

If I like it I do it.

This refers to some general truth or could refer to a specific situation if there were a 'will': 'I will do it'.

First conditional: We are talking about the future. We are thinking about a particular condition or situation in the future, and the result of this condition.

Zero conditional: We use the so-called zero conditional when the result of the condition is always true, like a scientific fact.

Yes, you can say it is zero conditional (grammatical terminology) instead of ‘no conditional’. A comma is necessary when the if clause is placed before the main clause.
