I am currently watching this movie “State of Play” wherein one actor asks another some questions.

“Two victims, one shooter?”
“Confirm”

Should it not be confirmed with an “ed”?

Is the use of “confirm” here wrong?

If it's said by a different character, yes. If it was said by the same person as the first line, "Confirm" would be an imperative.

But is using “confirmed” wrong ?

Reread the first sentence of my response. You asked if "confirm" in the original is wrong. That's the question I was answering.
