"I consider myself not being able to get any girl".

Please check.
 
The message is good, if that is your attitude! It doesn't sound quite right.
You could write, "I consider myself incapable of getting a girl."; "I consider myself as not being able to get a girl."; "... unable to get a girl." In all these cases, "any girl" is implied.
 
I just wanted to check, whether it is correct to use being here with able "not being able". So it's totally incorrect right?
 
"I consider myself as being able to get any girl" is this also correct?
 
It's correct, but it has the opposite meaning to your original sentence.
 
I consider myself (to be) able would work better for me.
