"Consider" vs "consider as" vs "consider to be"

HiI there, Can I use the word "as" after the word "consider". I was reading an article. I found that "as" was used after the word "consider".

Here is my example sentence:

1-No doubt This boy is very strong but I don't consider him as a good wrestler.

I think the above sentence is wrong and the following two forms are correct.

2- No doubt This boy is very strong but I don't consider him to be a good wrestler.

3- No doubt This boy is very strong but I don't consider him a good wrestler.

Am I right?

Both of your sentences would be correct, and improvements on the original, if you removed the extraneous capital letter.

On second reading, they also need a comma after "strong".
