There are two types of goods delivery

1. Supplier will delivery the goods
2. Customer himself will get and carry the goods

Question

How to call these types formally? I need to use them in a Contract and in letter exchange

I'm not a lawyer, but these things are normally spelled out in the contracts I have seen.

a noun phrase close to the case is "hand carry"

I am thinking, for example regarding the second, "customer pickup", that is with one noun or noun phrase the meaning must be given
