I heard this part when I was watching "Crocodile Dundee in LA."

"You got out of that trail alright?"

Crocodile Dundee comes up to him and says, "How could you possibly know that already?"

"My people have ways of talking that no white man can understan."

Is it grammatically correct to say "How could you possibly know that already?"

I mean "could" + "already"?

I mean "could" + "already"?

Yes, in some senses.

She didn't need to say anything; I could already tell (that) she was angry.:tick:

A. Could you repair my car tomorrow?
B. I could do it[STRIKE] already[/STRIKE] now.

"When you are back, I'll already be sleeping for a while." Correct?
