Could you please tell me about available job offers?

"[No space]And could you please also tell me if you know if there are any available job offers for the upcoming year, and if not, is there a chance that there are [STRIKE]even[/STRIKE] going to be any?[No space]"
[/STRIKE]
Is this question grammatically correct and does it sound natural? :
It sounds natural as corrected. The quotation marks are not needed.

The parts of compound sentences should be separated with commas.

Your title is definitely not grammatically correct.

Thank you! :)

And could you also tell me if I could put the word "also" as I wrote in the sentence below?

"Would you please be also able to tell me if .."

You can use "also" but not in that position in the sentence. Where else do you think you could put it?

"Would you please also be able to tell me if..." ?

"Would you be able to tell me?" is not the same as "Would you tell me?" or "Please tell me."

Do you see the differences? Which is most useful?

It is job vacancies, not job offers.

"Would you be able to tell me?" is not the same as "Would you tell me?" or "Please tell me."

People are always able to, but they wouldn't always do.
