[h=1]Could you possibly Tell me the exactly difference betwen these?[/h]1.tom has been in canada since january.
2.tom has been to canada since january.
3.tom has gone in canada since january.
4.tom has gone to canada since january.

Welcome to the forum, Nima. :hi:
1.tom has been in canada since january. He went to Canada in January. He is still there.
2.tom has been to canada since january. He has visited Canada between January and now.
3.tom has gone in canada since january. Not possible
4.tom has gone to canada since january. John's departure for Canada happened between January and now.

In all of them, 'Tom', 'Canada' and 'January' should begin with a capital letter.

In number 2:has he come back or he is still there?
What is diffrence in meaning between 2 and 1?

Exactly diffrence in meaning between 1 and 4?
