counter execution

Hi, could you please help me to understand the following sentence?

Please email us your address so we can complete process for your counter execution.

It is about contract update. I do not understand the "counter execution" phrase. Does it mean that they will be sending the contract to me before printing the final version and submitting it for signature?

Please help! I am lost!! :roll:

From what you have posted, it could mean:

counter = against
execution = action

They simply want your email before they can complete your paperwork.

Are you involved in price bidding for something or a lawsuit?
