[Vocabulary] Couple lines in the song

Hello everybody! I heard a song by A Change of Pace and there were couple lines i didn't understand. It was:

"I met a girl once at a party
By 2 AM she's throwing up out back
She spends her weekends out in 10 feet"

and

"She thinks the third up line is boring"

I understand the very first line but i dont the rest.

By two o'clock in the morning, she was in the back yard vomiting (from the effects of too much drink, probably).
