Hello, I have couple questions with multiple choices.

1 Why don’t you write the answers …….. the
questions.

My answer is (B)​

2 I don’t think Mary ............. herself. Look how bored she ............. to be.
A) enjoys / is appearing
B) enjoy / has appeared
C) is enjoying / appears
D) was enjoyed / appeared

My answer is (C). I am really not sure about this answer. Because, I don't think we can use the verbs with -ing form which are like ' enjoy-hate-like' That is how I remember.​

It appears to be used in informal conversation. It was inappropriate in post #3; to some it would even appear impolite.

It would have been better to write something like: "Sorry, I don't understand the word 'Gil'".

Incidentally, your question would sound more natural as: "Is it acceptable to say 'excuse me'' in such cases?"

I am not a teacher.

That rule is often right. "I am liking this sandwich" is a mistake for "I like this sandwich." "I am hating my job" is a mistake for "I hate my job." (But be aware that there are valid uses even for those that are jocular or highly idiomatic.) "Enjoy" is not the same as those, though. "I am enjoying this sandwich" is plain English, and "I enjoy this sandwich" is wrong.
