We tried to remove the creases, wrinkles and crushed marks / spots in velvet fabric by ironing method (as detailed in your email), but nothing has been improved, and the crush marks are still remaining in the fabric. Only the creases and wrinkles were softened, nothing else.

Are the above sentences grammatically correct?

Thank you.

There are several mistakes. Before we answer your question, tell us where you got the lines you're asking about.

Thanks!

Thank you for your help on this.

These are my own sentences. I tried to reword the sentences. Please check and advise me

These are my own sentences.
In that case, open with 'Are the following sentences of mine correct?' and put them below.

Decide whether you want to say 'crushed marks' or 'crush marks'.

Once again, thank you for your help.
I don't know whether I have to use crushed or crush marks, but I think, I should use crush marks. Please advise me on whether the sentences below are correct.

We tried to remove the creases, wrinkles, crush[STRIKE]ed[/STRIKE] marks, and spots in the velvet [STRIKE]fabric[/STRIKE] by ironing [STRIKE]method[/STRIKE] (as recommended in your email), but it didn't work well. The crush marks [STRIKE]are[/STRIKE] still remain[STRIKE]ing[/STRIKE] in the fabric. Only the creases and wrinkles were removed, nothing else.

Are the above sentences grammatically correct?

Thank you.
You're welcome!
