Here is another question, can I put the by part at the end or I had better use this like I wrote?
That's really confusing for me, I just can't get my head around writing dates in that order.Just be aware that some people will think you mean September 1 and others will think you mean January 9. While Sept 1, 2012, is in the future NOW, so therefore not yet possible for a creation date of an exising file, by Sept 2 there could be confusion.
