The sentence was made up by me.

- "During the period from 2018 to 2022, Jose Cuervo dated 5 women: one was from Greece, two others were from Romania, one was from France, and one was from Poland."

Can "two others" be used in this context or should it be just "two"?
 
Yes, it's okay.

You could also say 'another two' with pretty much the same effect.
 
"...two from Romania, and one each from Greece, Poland, and France."
 
... two Romanians, one Greek, one Polish and one French.
