In my language, there is an idiom that is used when we want definitively affirm something. It literally translates to "damn the denier".

Example:

A:This is the best cake we have ever had.
B: Damn the denier!

A: She is really beautiful.
B: Damn the denier!

Is there a similar expression in English?

What's it supposed to mean?

The phrase there is no denying is the closest I can think of.

I like Phaedrus' suggestion. I hadn't come up with anything that the other person could say. My suggestion was going to be the main speaker saying "She's really beautiful, and anyone who says otherwise is an idiot!"

Naysayers be damned!

Does it work here?

A: She is really beautiful
B: Naysayers be damned.

naysayer
nay·say·er / `neɪ,seɪər / noun [count] FORMAL
someone who always thinks of reasons to oppose new ideas or solutions to problems

No. Apparently the Persian expression expresses emphatic agreement with another person's statement. The rather antiquated Naysayers be damned doesn't work as a response. It's something a person might (but probably wouldn't) say to reinforce their own statement.

I think it would work if person B emphatically agreed with person A first.

A: She is really beautiful.
B: Absolutely. And naysayers be damned!
