2. And which is the verb in the sentence

According to me
1. The postman has delivered the parcel yesterday. Because the parcel remains delivered at this moment also.
2. He is driving in the wrong lane. Driving is the verb because it is action that is being performed.

Right. The past perfect means it's a continuing situation. But yesterday means it's not continuing, it's done.

So we can either say:

- The postman delivered it yesterday.

or:

- The postman has delivered it.

But combining the two ideas into "The postman has delivered it yesterday" would be wrong.

Not exactly. You're right that the present perfect means it's a continuing situation. But yesterday means the delivery is not continuing, it's done.

So you can either say:

- The postman delivered it yesterday.

or:

- The postman has delivered it.

But combining the two ideas into "The postman has delivered it yesterday" can't work.
