A typhoon is near Hong Kong. The wind was so strong that it kept closing my windows. I am worried that my windows would explode so I don't open them anymore until the typhoon has left. The room is a bit stuff now. It is rare that a typhoon occurs in November.

Before we continue, we need to clarify something. Is there a typhoon happening near Hong Kong or in Hong Kong? Also, why have you changed tense so many times?

It’s affecting Hong Kong. A storm signal was hoisted.
Since the windows are closed now, so I use the simple past for the sentence:
The wind was so strong that it kept closing my windows.

Since I am still worried my windows would explode if I opened the windows so I use the simple present:
I am worried that my windows would explode so I don't open them anymore until the typhoon has left.

Say:
.
The windows are closed now, so I use the simple past for the sentence.

And:

I am still worried that my windows (or "the windows") will explode if I open them.

And:

I am still worried that my windows will explode if I open them.

And:
.
I am worried that my windows will explode, so I won't open them until the typhoon has left (or "s gone").

There is a typhoon is nearby. Hong Kong. Yesterday/Last night/This morning, the wind was so strong that it kept closing blowing my windows shut. I am worried that my windows would might explode so I don't won't open them anymore again until the typhoon has left is over. The room is a bit stuffy now. It is rare that for a typhoon occurs to occur here in November.

If it is nearby, use something like this:

A typhoon is approaching Hong Kong.
