This is an entry from my diary. Please check it and correct any mistakes.

I had a quite serious diarrhea on Monday night. While I was sleeping, I woken up by my painful belly. At first, I just wanted to ignore it and went on sleeping but something was off. Just a moment later, I felt the burst! I couldn't hold it and pooed four times until early morning. I didn't understand why but I suspected it was because I took antibiotics in May and the meds killed lots of good bacteria in my gut. Now I was still not strong enough to fight against very bad bacteria. My mum had similar food to me but she was all well. Fortunately, I didn't have fever.

Diarrhea is not countable. Google "degrees of diarrhea" and see if you can find the right adjective. You can add the adjective "painful" to get your point across.

[ 1]: I'm sure I've told you before, but I'll say it again: Always go over your work before submitting it, to catch obvious/simple mistakes.
[ 2]: "the runs" is a colloquial/informal phrase meaning diarrhea.
[ 3]: Note the past perfect. You are talking about a past action "take antibiotics" that took place prior to another "have diarrhea".
[ 4]: Do you see how that sentence is disconnected from the previous part? Try inserting an appropriate linking word here.
