I just watched a video about rich people building doomsday bunkers. The most concern is how those rich people can ensure their guards won't turn on them. It's very dangerous to have conflicts and fights in confined space. If I were to build one, I would make my bunker look like a tomb, so people wouldn't barge in. I wouldn't need any guards because they would reduce my food storage.

For the last sentence, I'd say "I wouldn't employ any guards ...". The way you've written it makes it sound as if the fact that they'd eat your food is the reason you don't need them. That's not true. You might need them for protection. You don't want them because of the food issue.

You can just put a comma after "because" in that last sentence to avoid that unlikely interpretation.

It would be up to you to decide if you need them or not. They would be for your personal safety. You would, of course, need more food if you hired guards to protect you. You also might need more living space. There's also the question of affordability.
