This is an entry from my diary. Please check it and correct any mistakes.

I've been feeling dizzy for a month. I got a check-up but nothing was found. My doctor said maybe I was anxious. At first, I was nervous about feeling dizzy. Later on, I felt angry about that. It's almost Christmas and the weather is cooler, but I can only stay home most of the time. Fortunately, I'm getting better. I hope I won't die at this age.

I've often felt dizzy over the last month. I got a check-up but everything seemed normal. My doctor said it might be anxiety.

The dizziness made me nervous initially. Now I feel resentful, because I have to stay home most of the time and can't go anywhere though it's Christmastime and the weather is pleasantly cool. But I'm starting to feel better. I don't want to die so young.

Try:

I've been having dizzy spells lately -- for about a month.

I think maybe the doctor is right about anxiety as a possible cause of your problem. After all, it's quite a leap to go from having dizzy spells to being afraid you're going to die.

It might be a temporary problem.

You haven't asked for advice, so I won't give you any.

Oh, I didn't realise it was an actual diary entry--I thought you were practising writing.

It is an actual diary entry but I also practise writing in it.
