This is an entry from my diary. Please check it and correct any mistakes.

I've joined the Kindle Unlimited plan so I can downland any books that are included in the plan for a fixed fee. Last night, I spotted a few on my laptop and tried to buy them using desktop. However, my Amazon account in desktop showed that the books I'd chosen weren't included in that plan. I asked the customer service why was that and he said what I'd seen was correct. I need to pay for them. It hit me that when I was using my laptop, I hadn't logged in my account so I guess Amazon's trying to attract new customers with books not included in the existing plan.

Last night, while I was on my laptop, I spotted a few on my laptop books I wanted and then tried to buy them using my desktop PC/computer. However, my Amazon account in desktop there showed that the books I'd chosen weren't included in that the [Unlimited] plan. I asked the customer service why was that not and he said what I'd seen was correct - I need to pay for them. It hit me that when I was using my laptop, I hadn't logged into my account so I guess Amazon's what I saw was just Amazon trying to attract new customers with by advertising books not included in the existing plan.
See above.

The Amazon customer service rep didn't actually answer your question at all, did they?!

The first rep said the book I’d chosen was included but the second rep said it’s not included. :ROFLMAO:

There's no suggestion of that at all in your piece.
