This is an entry from my diary. Please check it and correct any mistakes.

The gum near my wisdom teeth inflamed for the last few day but I cured it myself. I'm already very experienced at it because it has happened many times. A few years ago, I consulted some dentists. One of them suggested that I should not pull the bottom wisdom teeth out because part of my tooth bone needed to be removed. Another dentist suggested otherwise and referred me to an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. I don't want to take them out now because it must be hurt. I believe that, after ten years, maybe some scientists will devise a new technology to reduce the pain, and I can wait for that.

A few years ago, I consulted some dentists. Another dentist suggested otherwise and referred me to an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. I don't want to take them out have them removed/have them extracted now because it must be will hurt. See my changes above.
The underlined part doesn't work. You can say:
1. I believe that, after ten years, some scientists must have devised ...
2. I believe that, in the next ten years, some scientists will devise ...

The first means that it is now ten years since you were told not to have them removed and you think someone, by now, must have come up with something to negate the pain of extraction.
The second means that at some point in the next ten years, someone will come up with something to help with the pain of extraction.

Two things. One, I would say taking it out WOULD hurt. Two, they have novacaine for that.

What's your cure?

The gum near my wisdom teeth has been inflamed for the last few days but I cured it myself.
Why is it “has been”, instead of “had been”?

I dip a cotton SWAB with some mouthwash and press it onto the gum repeatedly.
There shouldn't be pain with anaesthetic used by the dentist. Is it worth waiting for ten years while putting up with the discomfort from your wisdom tooth?

It's "has been" if it's still that way, "had been" if it isn't that way any longer.

After the anesthetic wear off, it hurts. It worth waiting because I know how to deal with inflammation.

After the anesthetic wearS off, it hurts. IT'S worth waiting because I know how to deal with THE inflammation.
I'm sure they have medine to take for when the anesthesia starts wearing off.

It doesn’t help much because I tried once. :ROFLMAO:

I had some pain medicine, but I have forgotten what I used it for. 🤔

1. I believe that, after ten years, some scientists must have devised ...
That doesn't work for me. I would say, for example:
"I believe that, in a decade or so, (dental) scientists will (probably) have devised/developed a new technology ..."

"I believe that, in a decade or so, (dental) scientists will (probably) have devised/developed a new technology ..."
Isn't emsr2d2's sentence talking about a different thing, though? Your sentence is talking about the future, but their sentence
means that it is now ten years since you were told not to have them removed and you think someone, by now, must have come up with something to negate the pain of extraction.
It's talking about the present. "I believe that by now someone must have devised..."

But that would contradict with the previous part. I'm pretty sure the OP was talking about the future.

@Maybo Please explain what you meant by "after ten years".

I meant in 2034.
Are you sure you mean "in 2034"? I suspect you might mean "by 2034". The first means that no one will solve the problem in any of the years between now and 2033 but suddenly, in 2034, someone will fix it. That's quite unlikely. It seems more likely that you think that at some point between now and 2034, someone will fix it, but you think it will happen towards the end of that ten-year period. Is that right?
