This is an entry from my diary. Please check it and correct any mistakes.

There are a lot of bugs growing in my plants, except my corn. It's weird that they have been eaten my plants but aren't interested in my corn. If there are no sudden change of weather, I've estimated my corn will fully grown up in a month. Although I like plants, I've decided not to grow anymore new because municipal solid waste charging will be implemented in April and I don't want to pay too much on the waste.

My corn😄

Bugs aren't growing anywhere. You simply have a lot of bugs on your plants.

I'm certain that you should know that "If there are no sudden change of weather ..." is wrong.

It should be “If there are no sudden changes of weather, I've estimated my corn will fully grown up in a month.”

People can grow up. Corn can't. I'm sure you're talking about when the corn is fully grown. Or mature. Or ripe.

You can say "My plants have been infested with bugs".

You need to rewrite these parts:
They have been eaten my plants
will fully grown up
I've decided not to grow anymore new
because municipal solid waste charging will be implemented
I don't want to pay too much on the waste.

All the plants I grow at home are infested with bugs, except for my corn. It is strange that only my corn is spared. If the weather doesn't change, I reckon my corn will be fully grown in a month. Although I like plants, I've decided not to grow them anymore because the local municipality will start to impose charges for waste disposal come April, and I don't want to pay for the service.

I don't want to pay for the service.
I have to pay because it’s the law but I don’t want to pay too much.

It's a new law that requires me to pay money I don't want to pay.

I have amended the text to take into account what you intended:
