Can I know when do I use 'Here we go', 'Here you go', 'There we go' and 'There you go'

I always get confused with them :(

We would need more context in order to work out which one you need to use. Why don't you create some dialogues using them so that we can see how you are trying to use them?
 
One difference is that we don't often say "There we go."

We usually say "There YOU go" or "Here WE go."

Yes, some examples would help us answer your question.
 
"There we go" is certainly used in BrE, as are all the others.
 
In many situations, all of them would work. What is the context you want to use them in?
