[Grammar] Do "I" and "It" be precedents of relative proniuns?

1) I who are interested in music will attend the concert.

2) It which contains water is dangerous for the dish.

3) They who are qualified enough will instruct us.

Please check them out for grammar.

They're all problematic.
 
The OP may be asking whether "I" can be the antecedent of a relative pronoun in a sentence like "It is I who am interested in music and will attend the concert".
