Of the following sentences, which one is grammatically correct?

1) Kindly do the needful at your end.

2) Kindly do what is necessary at your end.
 
They're both correct. Nobody says do the needful in the United States except in jest.
 
We also rarely use "Kindly" when we mean "Please". At least you used "Kindly" on its own. Many learners start requests with "Please kindly". That will always be marked as incorrect on the forum.
