Can I use do well and perform well in comparative and superlative when it comes to exams/tests?
Can I use them with present perfect?

For example, I am explaining how well I have done in the exam.
Can I use all these sentences?
1 I have done better in the exam than my classmate have.
2 I have performed better in the exam than my classmate have.
3 Of all my classmates, I have done the best in the exam.
4 Of all my classmates, I have performed the best in the exam.

In your example questions I would use "on" everywhere you use "in". (British English might be different.

Yes, I know it is okay to use in the exam in British English.
Are the sentences I listed above okay?

Please note that I changed "classmate" to "classmates" in the first two and left the others untouched.
