Hi, I'm L2 learner and want to ask about classroom English.

In my class, it is required to say "check it please" when we hand in our assignments.
But I am a bit confused to say this phrase face to face, holding "it".
Is it natural expression or not?

I do see this phrase on the forum, and on the mails. I don't see any problem here.
However, I think my classroom English sounds weird though I don't know better words...
Please check this answer/ Would you check this?/ I'm done. Or anything else?
I appreciate if you could tell me good natural expression.

Thank you for your time. Awaiting for your reply.

Well, one regular poster likes to say: "Please check these sentences."

In any case, if it's what you're supposed to say you probably should say it.

Is there something more natural? I don't know. To the best of my recall, one student would collect all the papers and put them on the desk at once. Also, there was only one thing you were ever supposed to put on the teacher's desk: your completed assignment.

Thank you for your help.
I realized that the most important part is the assignment. I will do my best on the writing task and concentrate on it.

Thanks again.
