I collect plastic bottles to sell and sometimes when I see an empty bottle on a table, I'll ask the owner if they still want that.

Is "Do you still want this?" natural?
 
@Silverobama Note the difference in use between "it", "this" and "that" in scenarios like yours. In direct speech, you would ask "Do you still want this?" or "Do you still want that?" The first would be most likely used if you had picked up the bottle and were indicating it, but the second if you were pointing at the bottle. However, in reported speech, you'd say "If I see a bottle, I ask the owner if they still want it". Using "this" or "that" at the end in reported speech is incorrect.
