2. Do you believe if it is true?

3. Do you imagine if it is true?

4. Do you guess if it is true?

5. Do you suppose if it is true?

6. Do you think that it is true?


I wonder if sentenc1~5 is grammatical.
 
Not a teacher. Only the 6th sentence appears to be okay to me. Sentences 1 - 5 don't make sense unless you add another clause after "if it is true", and the matter that is true must already be known by the speakers; for example: "Do you think if it is true (that he didn't mean to cause that accident), she will forgive him?"

No, they aren't.
 
As ha179 said, only #6 is natural. The others are incorrect.
