Do you use The or the to mention a title in the middle of a sentence?

If "the" is the first word of the title of a film or a book for example
do I say
There is a book called the Sound and the Fury
or
There is a book called The Sound and the Fury

??
 
If "the" is the first word of the title of a film or a book for example

There is a book called The Sound and the Fury

If it is part of the title, use capitalized "'The".

It's also usually in italics if you have them, or underlined. Titles like this are always marked some way (or should be).
"There is a book called The Sound and the Fury."
"There is a book called The Sound and the Fury."
