Hi all,

Does this sentence contain any mistakes? Does it make sense to you?

It is considered rational for an employee to change jobs whenever it is warranted to achieve the optimal overall career.

Many thanks

'The' is definitely wrong, it should be 'their' (as in the career of the employee). Also I advise using 'in order to achieve' instead of just 'to' to add clarity.

Thanks Sato,

So this sentence is like this :

It is considered rational for an employee to change jobs whenever it is warranted in order to achieve their optimal overall career
