Don’t you know that a man being rich is like a girl being pretty? You wouldn't marry a girl just because she's pretty, but my goodness, doesn't it help?

Source: Gentlemen Prefer Blondes

Does the film character mean that being pretty really helps by asking “doesn't it help”?

1. A man being rich is just like a girl being pretty.
2. That a man is rich is just like that a girl is pretty.

Does the two sentences have the same meaning?

Do the two ...
Not:
Does the two.

Your second sentence is very unnatural. Forget about it and stick to number 1.

Do you mean my second sentence is just grammatically correct, but rare people say that?

What about this sentence? Does it make sense?
A man who is rich is just like a girl who is pretty.

Yes, in the context you are talking about.
