At Deanstone Distillery, I could find the word, “Arkwright spinning machine.” Anciently, it was not a distillery, but a textile mill. I saw the word "Arkwright spinning machine" in a textbook, but it really existed in Scotland during/in the industrial age.

Is the underlined part correct?

Perhaps:

Originally, it was not a distillery but a textile mill.

Note my corrections above. Arkwright's spinning frame/machine was invented in Scotland but that doesn't mean that there couldn't have been one in another country.
