I know there is a phrase as far away from but I don't know if it can fit here properly? So is 3 common and natural, or odd or perfectly wrong?

Same comment; omit 'far away'. You might be thinking of something like this:

"I want to be as far away from him as possible."

Your 3) is not 'perfectly wrong'. It just normally wouldn't be said.

Does this imply it correct but odd and not common, in another words, nobody would use it?

I disagree. It's ungrammatical and unnatural. We don't say that something is some distance far away from​ something else.

Earth's distance from the sun ranges from about 147 to 152 million kilometers.

Why do you need more ways to say this?

I consider it parenthetical because the relative clause is non-defining.
