There is question about the format of email which puzzles me for a long period of time. Is it necessary to put "Thank you." in a separate paragraph? Or in the same paragraph will be fine?

Dear Ms. Chan,

Well received with thanks . I will bring along all the documents available on next Tuesday.

Thank you.

With warmest regards,
Tony

Either of "Thank you" or "With warmest regards" suffices; you don't need both.
