I don't particularly like the use of Mam in that context, not because it's wrong, rather because, for me, it would be unusual. Why not use her name with Miss, Mrs. or Ms.?

"Written chapters" is not wrong but a little unnatural in that context. Better would be "chapters as they are completed".
