Is the following sentence making sense and natural?

My boss said that I decided to end the contract with Apple Inc. because our cost is standing in higher position.

It's neither natural, nor does it make sense. I don't understand anything you're trying to say after 'because'.

Also note that:
I decided = output decided.
he/she decided = output's boss decided.

Like the others in this thread, I have no idea what "our cost is standing in higher position" means. Also, why is your boss telling people why you decided to end a contract? I think you mean either:

1. My boss said that he decided to end the contract ... (indirect speech)
2. My boss said "I decided to end the contract ..." (direct speech)

My boss said that he decided to end the contract with Apple Inc. since the cost is standing higher.

You still need to explain the underlined part. It doesn't make sense. Costs don't "stand" anywhere. Please explain what you mean using completely different words.

Our cost is 100 euro and selling is also 110 euro for example. Our competitor is 90 euro and selling is 95 euro.

Is it OK now?

I would just say "our price cannot match that of our competitor".

No. None of that makes any sense. The cost of what is €100? What are you selling? What does it have to do with Apple?
