Dear sir,

End of email, which one is better from "Best regards" or "Warm wishes" and "Best wishes"?

Have a nice day!

Welcome to the forums, Jackie.

[STRIKE]Dear sir[/STRIKE] Unnecessary and disrespectful to our female contributors.

At the end of an email, which one is best: "Best regards", [STRIKE]or[/STRIKE] "Warm wishes" or "Best wishes"?

[STRIKE]Have a nice day![/STRIKE] Unnecessary.

Jackiejeng

I often use 'Best wishes'.

I usually write "Cheers" as the closing, is it OK?

For me, it depends on what the e-mail is for and to whom it was sent.

Some endings are used to show respect, others to demonstrate fondness or friendship, and others for other purposes.. There are dozens of possible choices.

Take care
Hope to see you soon
Fondly
Love you
XOXO (hugs and kisses)
Sincerely
Sincerely yours
All the best
etc.
