I read the following in one of the commercial:
Question: Is it even grammatical correct to write sentences without subject like these? And why verbs with "S"? How about verbs without "s"?

BENEFITS

  • Energises and structures water back to a life-giving state.
  • Aids in detoxification of cells.
  • Increased cellular hydration.
  • Helps increase thought processing, mental awareness.
  • More energy and overall vitality.

The understood subject is the product being advertised, hence the third person singular form of the verb.

This is OK in advertising language.

The list is an incongrous mix of verb phrases in the simple present tense, past tense and and an adjectival phrase.
