What are the differences between these two bold words? Do they have the same differences as "interesting/boring,.." and "interested/bored..."

Television programmes can be entertaining and enjoyable.
Viewers have access to a huge variety of entertainment channels.

No, interesting, interested, boring and bored can be adjectives but never nouns. In the above example, "entertaining" is an adjective, but "entertainment" is a noun.
