If I send an agreement dated today's date to a customer by e-mail, can I say "Please find attached an agreement dated of even date for your record."? Or if there is any more natural way of saying it?

Thanks!

JY

You can say 'of even date' if you are sure the recipient is old-fashioned enough to know what you are talking about.

A more natural way would be '. . .an agreement dated today' or '. . .an agreement bearing today's date' or '. . .an agreement dated 13 Sept 2012'.
