My co-workers and I always go out for lunch on every Fridays, every Fridays or every Friday.

Which one is correct, please?

My co-workers and I go out for lunch every Friday.

(You don't need "always" or "on".)

Or you could say My co-workers and I always go out for lunch on Fridays.

After the word every, you must use a singular countable noun.

If you use every Friday, you don't need the word always.
If you use on Fridays, you can keep the word always.
