Is the usage of 'every Monday' in the following sentences correct?

Jane has been writing articles for the newspaper every Monday.
Jane had been writing articles for the newspaper every Monday.
Jane will have been writing articles for the newspaper every Monday.

A friend of mine - not a native speaker - commented on them saying "They sound ungrammatical?!"

The third one doesn't work unless you add something to it.

As of next Monday, he will have been writing articles every Monday for 3 straight years.

The first could be improved if you say how long it's been going on. He's been writing articles every Monday for a year now.

The second could be improved by saying what happened to make it stop. He had been writing articles every Monday when he got that contract to write for a television series and had to give it up.

"We don't use (every) in perfect and perfect progressive tenses" my friend said
"Every is usually used with simple tenses and it can be used with present progressive" he added.

Would he disagree with the sentences if you added the parts I suggested?

I have no problem with this:

Jane has gotten quite a bit of freelance work lately. She has a big monthly job with the publisher of a magazine on horses, every other Friday, she edits the school district's newsletter, and she has been writing articles for the newspaper every Monday.

For a non-native speaker your friend is very perceptive. Interesting point.
