Hello everybody,

When you want to have an evidence of something, could you say:

I am just sending this email to have a record of the issue that arose yesterday.
I am just sending this email to have a track of the issue that arose yesterday.
I am just sending this email to have track of the issue that arose yesterday.
I am just sending this email as an evidence of the issue that arose yesterday.
I am just sending this email as an evidence for the issue that arose yesterday.

Thank you

It's not clear what you mean. Are you requesting a record? Or is this email in some way a record in itself? Please clarify.

... and please number your sentences for our convenience.

And note that evidence is not countable. You can't have one of them; you just have evidence.

Are you requesting evidence, or do you want to leave a record of your view of what happened?
