Hi there,
I am wondering whether I could say " how nice the dress is!".When I read books about grammar, I just see the structure How + adj + S + V. I am really confused. The subject of this structure should be He, she, it.....?

The subject is the dress and the pronoun would be it: How nice it is.

well,
Thank u very much for answering my question
However, i am still confused. I think " the dress" can be seen as a subject. Therefore, i can say " How nice the dress is!"
Am i right or wrong?

I don't doubt but you are right. Leave it as it is.
