Is it formal to use the following questions and responses? [STRIKE]sentences[/STRIKE]

- Excuse me, sir!
- Yes, madam. How can I help?
- Can you please help me carry my suitcase?
- Unfortunately (no comma here) I cannot. I am running late.
- [STRIKE]its[/STRIKE] That's fine. Thank you anyway.

Welcome to the forum. :hi:

I have changed your thread title so that it includes some of the sentences you are asking us about. I have added the actual question to the main body of the post.

See my suggested amendments above. I would say it's a fairly formal exchange.
